BALLROOM & LATIN AMERICAN
Strictly fan? If you’ve caught the bug and want to try it for yourself then this is for you! There are 5 Ballroom dances – Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quick Step and Viennese Waltz and 5 Latin American dances - Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive and Paso Doble.
You can learn them all in this class PLUS you have the opportunity to take you medal tests and dance in a competition! Did you know? Ballroom and Latin is great for keeping you fit and healthy and is good for your stamina, posture and your confidence too!
JAZZ AND STAGE
If you are a fan of the musical, likes Chicago, Grease or Moulin Rouge, you will love our Jazz and Stage Dance classes. Our expert instructors will help you achieve that West End look with fun and simple but effective routines.
CHEER DANCE AND ROCK & ROLL
Two fantastic dance forms in one class! Learn to cheer dance as part of a team with intricate footwoork, kicks and gymnastic lifts. Come and shake your pom poms!
High energy dancing with lots of kicks and flicks, rock and roll is heavily influenced by music from the 50's and 60's. A fun and fabulous workout!
